What I can do for You

My app will help you create your own check-in report.

If you follow check-in report from landlord/agency you will likely miss few things. It's not pleasant to be charged for door sill which was never there in the first place.

Check-in and check-out reports are required to be realistic and unbiased. But they are paid by landlords or agencies.

It is good to have your own check-in report as backup for dispute.

Who am I?

I was a tenant in few rented properties
experienced different kind of landlords and agencies, from good to bad, and
after my last hideous experience I have decided to help other tenants

My target?

Create an app for easy documenting of real state of the property.
Improve the app, based on your reviews and experience.
